North Carolina is jammed packed with motorcycle camping and to be solo camping with your Spouse we find out if they all created equal? 

We can’t tell you how many people have recommended either the Kickstand Lodge Motorcycle Campground or the Ironhorse Motorcycle Lodge and finally find ourselves in the area to take advantage of their facilities. 

We’re terrible about making reservations, but thankfully there always seem to be tent campsites available just about everywhere we go.  So, imagine our surprise when we pull up to Kickstand Motorcycle Lodge only to discover that it was closed.  With Ironhorse Motorcycle Lodge just a mere 2 miles away, we were not left in the lurch and used this opportunity to compare the two campgrounds on their amenities.
